Arjun Vora and Tito Goldstein saw a gap in HR software during their time at Uber. Despite the rise of the gig economy, many platforms weren’t designed to meet the needs of hourly workers, leaving them without basic self-service tools like clocking in or updating payment information. Determined to change this, the duo interviewed hundreds of Uber drivers and set out to create a solution that would bridge this gap.
Enter TeamBridge, a platform built to streamline HR tasks while empowering hourly workers through a customizable self-service app. With features like onboarding templates, shift management, and time-off tracking, the platform allows businesses to modernize their HR processes. Employees can easily access shifts, sign documents, and communicate with managers — all from the app. For companies, this flexibility translates into a more efficient way of managing their workforce, particularly in industries heavily reliant on hourly staff.
TeamBridge has already gained impressive traction, with 100,000 hourly workers using the platform and big-name clients like Dairy Queen and Convo on board. The company’s growth has been equally remarkable, tripling its revenue last year and more than doubling it in the first half of 2024.
Looking ahead, TeamBridge is preparing for its next stage of growth after securing $28 million in a Series B funding round led by Mayfield, bringing its total raised to $41.5 million. With plans to invest in product development and double its team over the next year, the company is poised to continue revolutionizing HR software for the hourly workforce.
