The New York-based talent discovery platform, Sinecure, raised $2.5 million in funding to deliver highly qualified and diverse candidates to organizations.
The round was led by Golden Section, a venture capital firm focused on B2B SaaS solutions, to change the recruiting process.
With the funding, Sinecure will be able to increase its marketing and sales activities. Sinecure identifies and vets candidates who possess the specific skills, knowledge, and experience required for a particular job position.
With the company's machine learning algorithms and analysis of personality traits, work styles, and other motivators, performance and career potential can be predicted. In turn, this helps organizations find and retain top talent, driving growth and success.
